I absolutely mean coach - I reckon that F is good but I never ever book it, so all my F experiences were at-the-gate op-ups.

The only other airline with a very decent coach product I know is BA but they suffer from LHR and the insanity of the British authorities.

Sure SQ might be qually good and JL better but in Europe and the Americas, LH coach is still a very decent product. If course, the cripple-7 and the Nighmareliner will change that reasonably soon. So "thanks Boeing" for urinating on yet another decent coach experience!
