Delta could fix the club space issue if they wanted to. They have already shown themselves the way on B. Just build something up and over the current concourses.

I completely disagree.

You have a pretty darn good chance of having a B south to A south or T south connection or a B north to A north or C north connection I would much rather have a much straighter shot than having to take the train.

but as I said, I'd love to find a away to clear out the crowding on the concourse. My hope would be to be able to add in moving walkways.
