Just keep in mind, due to "staffing" there is currently only full-prechk at checkpoint C and D/E. You should be able to receive "light" prechck at the A checkpoints.
(Following the paths, you wind up at the A-East checkpoint)
If your outbound is on a carrier other than AA (or I think Aer Lingus) baggage check will be in A-West.
But, overall yes - should be doable.
