That's the most recent news I have seen on it.
Elizabeth Line trains will run from Reading/Heathrow to Abbey Wood with effect from 6 November TFL have announced today. Bond Street will be open by that time so not sure if it’s opening much before or at the same time as through trains will operate. This then leaves the Liverpool to Shenfield branch operating as a stand-alone until Shenfield also has through trains to Heathrow expected to be coming early 2023.
