That's my suspicion too, if only persons seeking to enter premises are required to scan and checkers are just required to visually confirmed (c.f., actually scan the codes as restaurant checkers are required to in Hong Kong). Using a screenshot, everyone will be clean, unless and until some more serious checker require them to produce the code from scratch, starting with them logging into the Alipay (Leavehomesafe) app.
I've been wondering how the whole health code system has been enforced with gaping holes like that.
The QR codes are often pasted on the outside of the entrance door, and the health codes generated by scanning are the exact same as those that you get by clicking "health code" in Alipay (i.e. they don't display the name of the venue yet). As I mentioned in this thread or one of the others, facial recognition is started to make some inroads, but I can't fathom mom and pop places buying those machines. Furthermore, a general trend I've observed recently is that most venues are much less strict than they were just a month ago.
