Upgrade: Upgraded at check-in to a corner Lakeview Room — doesn't seem to be listed on hotel website, but at least a +1 category upgrade.
Breakfast Credit: Available for buffet or breakfast menu at Lago, and (I think) in-room dining as well.
Amenity: $100 USD property credit, used for in-room dining.
Comment: After a bad experience in Vancouver my faith in AMEX FHR was restored! New strategy is to book the best room we can afford, and cross our fingers for a bump up to a nicer room.
