Can not find that fare basis but
what you would be looking for in the FLIGHT APPLICATION section to switch to a SK frlight from ORD
THE FARE COMPONENT MUST INCLUDE TRAVEL VIA
TRANSATLANTIC SECTORS ON
ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING
....
ANY SK FLIGHT OPERATED BY SK
ANY UA FLIGHT OPERATED BY SK
but what I generally see for AUS-ARN fares is
THE FARE COMPONENT MUST INCLUDE TRAVEL VIA
TRANSATLANTIC SECTORS ON
ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING
ANY UA FLIGHT OPERATED BY UA
ANY UA FLIGHT OPERATED BY AC
ANY UA FLIGHT OPERATED BY LH
ANY UA FLIGHT OPERATED BY LX
ANY UA FLIGHT OPERATED BY OS
ANY UA FLIGHT OPERATED BY SN
ANY UA FLIGHT OPERATED BY WK
ANY UA FLIGHT OPERATED BY EW
Note the fare rule for the R fare I was looking at (not yours)
did allow SK and essentially all *A partners for the intra-European leg
"IF THE FARE COMPONENT INCLUDES TRAVEL WITHIN EUROPE
THEN THAT TRAVEL MUST BE ON"
