There are no published arrivals benefits of being a OWE or OWS. MH can and does offer arrivals access to select MH pax and elites to those lounges. If you qualified under those conditions, you would be allowed access.

Oh sorry, I forgot, you said "a million times" that you were trying to enter as a departing pax! Well, which is it, did you want access on arrival, in which case, MH business or MH elite? Or was it transit on a single through ticket perhaps?
If you arrived in Y, departed domestically in Y on a separate ticket, then you got access to the correct lounge in the domestic wing according to the detailed reply for MH. It's a nice lounge - fresh nasi lemak and noodles of the day - what's not to like?
Feel free to complain to OW and let us know what they say
