Yes, this is the table I was looking at when I made my post. So no differences I'm unaware of, just the small reduction in the booking cancellation fee and the fact that booking change fees are complimentary in one case? I am not earning KrisFlyer miles in any case. So seems like a minor difference for SGD 1000 on my flight.
