You are going to have to ask for a really high floor to get any form of a "peek a boo" mountain view.

The hotel is situated adjacent to a 60,000 person stadium with about 10 city blocks between it and the waters for the Vancouver Harbour. As a result, these views are going to be between and through mid rise towers and not unobstructed mountain views.

The water views however will only have about 1 block between you and the water.
