Just got back from a trip to Vermont with several coolers full of Foam, Hill Farmstead, Alchemist, BBCO, Freak Folk, etc. Thinking of starting with the Hill Farmstead Double Nelson; I love their single-hop stuff, even if Nelson Sauvin isn't my hop of choice.

Sounds like you need something from Decadent Ales.
Actually, a good chunk of properly-made triple IPAs are pushing it in terms of sweetness for me, though it's nice to have a boozy, hazy, hoppy bomb once in a while.
