Anyway for kicks and giggles I googled FRA's avg Feb high and it was 44F. Being 240 miles south of FRA I thought MUC would be a little warmer. Is there elevation at play here?
I could see it being colder as Munich is about 1400' higher in elevation and only about 45ish miles from the Alps.
