I have had the Charred Lamb Chops and they were good, a little overcooked for my liking but it is an aircraft, so I can deal with that.
With that said the taste was good and the portion was filling, my wife had the Poached Shrimp and liked them, she said she was not sure she could detect a difference between Georgia Costal Shrimp and the Shrimp we get at Costco in TX. (except for the size the Costco Shrimp at larger), but she enjoyed the dish.
