Either the hotel does not get proper training or they have been told late check out is not guaranteed by Marriott.

Of course I have no issue with late check out and I don't think I will have issue with this particular hotel as I have stayed at this hotel maybe 20 times.

Is Batam Marriott a resort? Resort don't have guarantee.
