I used to drink wines on UA, but there is a reason I don't drink wine anymore on UA.
Now I stick to Buffalo Trace on UA and bubblies and wines on NH and SQ.
On my last Polaris flight (ten days ago), I decided to give the red a try to go with the cheese plate. I belive the FA told me it was Cab Sauv, but it tasted nothing like it. In fact, it did not taste good at all.
