Stayed here back in Jul. 2018, paid 100 euros tax. included from a 3rd party booking(Trips.com), no breakfast, no upgrades. The hotel is good, but the rooms are small, remembering watching Belgium winning against Brazil in the bar, without paying a single dime, they don't care if you actually pay or not.
