Not really. When valuing Avios at 1p/point, option 1 +241 equates to £402 whereas using the old standard pricing +241 works out at £370.
The 241 costs £250 so effectively your BCN return fare in Club works out at £652 or £620. Perhaps not the best value of avios +241 but YMMV.
