Companion Voucher adds 98?

Companion Voucher adds 98?
Hi all, is it possible that a single Avios CE return to BCN is 40000 miles and 1, yet two tickets on the same flight siding the Amex voucher would cost 29500miles but 100? One hand giveth, the other taketh away?

for the return for 1 person there are additional price points on the page after you select your flight, and one will be the standard RFS band rate of 14750 [sorry should have said 27000] + 50.

The 241 costs 250 so effectively your BCN return fare in Club works out at 652 or 620. Perhaps not the best value of avios +241 but YMMV.

But what about the newly added changes from June, I thought BA has now introduced the RFS options for companion vouchers. Quoting from their website:
Whether youre planning on travelling with a companion or flying solo, you can access all Avios and Money and Reward Flight Saver (RFS) options, meaning your trip could cost as little as 1 in cash
