Think OP is aware of this. But what he’s unsure of is, would SQ consider his rescheduled BOS-JFK “as flown” or (erroneously) as no show, thus cancel his JFK-SIN when the BOS-JFK segment was amended unilaterally by JetBlue on an original itinerary ticketed by SQ.
