Introduction I booked a one night stay on a Friday night in July 2022 as an Ambassador elite member. I am personally not the biggest fan often Aloft brand, but this is one of the best that I have stayed at. Check In There was a large group of people (seemed like a large family) hanging around int he lobby when I arrived. They were just mulling about so I was able to get to the front desk by navigating around them.I had done online check in but it did not lead to an electronic key. It seems like traditional check in was required. I ended up just using the key cards.I was recognized as a valued member and offered a platinum amenity of breakfast for two, 500 points or a welcome drink. I initially went forthe points but changed my choice after seeing the breakfast and determining it was a better than usual Aloft breakfast option. Room Q
