As I was checking into the flight today, I noticed that the VCE>MUC leg was cancelled. I did not receive an email for this cancellation. I called United and they rebooked me through EWR (on UA metal), but I land 4.5 hours later than I originally did.
Am I owed the €600/person? If so, which airline do I contact? If not, why? TIA
You always claim on the last operating airline, after the flights. Does not matter which airline/flight caused the delay.
How many days before the flight was the flight changed? More or less than 14 days?
