It would be considered a voluntary change and the change would be repriced. And award availability would be required.

As multiple flights have been zero'ed out, some will be cancelled and some will be merged into other flights (that are also zero'ed out to protect space until merged) No way to know which will happened, Not consider a schedule cancellation until the flight is removed from the schedule.
