Agree with all the comments around enforcing the rules, especially around upgrades and breakfast/lounges.

One thing i'd like the return of is SPG policy of "if a standard room is available for cash, it's available for points" NO CAPACITY CONTROLS on award nights. And a reasonable effort by Marroitt to police any game playing around hotels trying to finesse what is a "standard" room.
