1) Greater differentiation between Plat/Titanium/Amb.
2) Make SNAs more valuable by confirming upgrades at time of booking (like Hyatt) or allowing one SNA to upgrade a room for the entire duration of the stay (like Hyatt). I'd gladly take fewer SNAs if it meant they were more useful.
3) Come up with some way that I don't have to fight for published benefits. As a Titanium this year, I have had to argue to get a second $10/day credit at a Courtyard when traveling with my partner and on two occasions was denied a late check-out at non-resort properties. If these benefits are too onerous for properties to fulfill, they shouldn't be advertised.
