There's a $1 billion plan on the books to renovate T3-F to match T3-E as well as expand the footprint. Construction was supposed to start in June 2020, but it has been postponed indefinitely. The city extended the leases of the current concessions tenants until at least the end of 2023. I'm sure it'll happen at some point, but it's anyone's guess as to when.

Here's one of the handful of renderings that were floating around. Looks like the plans call for bumping out the area where the Yankee Pier is and making a much more substantial post-security headhouse area. I don't know what the rotunda UA Club plans were, but I think it's safe to say that the club would not go untouched.
