I have these 3 questions
Will Frontier DEN membership price of $99 show as a separate transaction in the BOA site?
Is it easy to cancel DEN membership online anytime before it renews?
Is it worth to buy the WORKS package if I will have 2 check in bags for the family than paying individually for the 2 bags to check-in?
IIRC, if you buy discount den while buying your plane ticket it will be all one transaction. You need to buy discount den separately first if you want it to show as a separate line item on your statement.

I have never had trouble cancelling it online. There's a 'cancel membership' link right on your account page.

Not sure about your third question. You can check bag prices here: https://www.flyfrontier.com/travel/t...s-for-new-trip. I would expect the works to be more expensive then just paying for the checked bags since it includes seats and added flexibility, but cheaper than buying everything it includes separately.
