I've seen it on almost every single flight I've flown and am highly annoyed that someone is put in the exit row middle next to me when they should be assigned to row 35 in a middle seat.
It's ok. We'll ignore the fact that many of us have directly observed multiple upon multiple UA flights the folks who sit down in E+ clutching their Group 5 boarding passes that say "BASIC ECONOMY" at the bottom. We know that they're NRSAs.
