10 minute call the day they were introduced. Agent understood completely and confirmed with me I would be receiving the 747 edition--then of course after a week waiting, I open the mail and find another purple card. Ugh. Called again, agent again understood and hopefully 2nd times the charm. Supposed to come today so we will see,
