Flying Polaris before the pandemic the food was actually a highlight but this flight definitely turned me off to United. We'll see if they attempt to turn it around but I still can't believe this was the offering on a long haul daytime flight.
I agree, I would send in the photos and tell them this is unacceptable for main meal in Polaris trans-Atlantic. Even by United's low standards, it looks like United got {taken} by the caterer. If I got that, I would ask if there was a second meal lying around or if I could get something from economy. I'm sure not everyone is eating in economy.
