Modifying an eupgraded priority reward flight
Title mostly says it all.
I used a priority reward to book a latitude round trip domestic fare, and then eupgraded instantly. The website does not allow me to modify the flight (I just want to fly back a day later and there is availability).
I stayed on the line holding for nearly an hour this morning before I had to give up, and will call again tonight, but in the meantime, does anyone have any DPs on how the agents would respond to something like this? Ideally, I'd love to change the return flight by a day, re-submit the eupgrades (which will confirm instantly as of now), without losing the benefit of the priority reward discount. I'm a 35k for what that's worth.
