I always found LGA staff super helpful to a GS once you accepted that the good service was going to be delivered with an attitude. I used to preface requests to the lounge dragons with something like "I know all you deal with all day is bozos like me asking for favors but I'm really special..." and they would usually go way out of their way to help me. I miss the old lounge bartenders who were mostly salty old women. The New LGA experience just doesn't feel right.

To add a little to the DYKWIA thread. I was clearing LHR security during the labor slow down last weekend. Took 2h45min to go curb to lounge. As me and my companion are about to hit the metal detectors some suit comes up escorting Jake Paul (had to look him up after the fact) and his girlfriend to cut in front of the massive 2 hour queue for security. His girlfriend kept audibly referring to "all these losers in line". Just really embarrassing. Meanwhile when I left the lounge to catch my flight to ORD they were sitting at the LAX gate. Enough juice to jump the security line but not enough to get some basic UC access?

As an aside, the guy is huge but his face... woof from all the boxing...
