Thanks. That provides a perspective why they were holding up GE/NEXUS processing just to process connections. Had to wait in GE/NEXUS line for 7-10 minutes despite only two other travelers ahead of me. A woman in general queue told us she was on line for >45 minutes and she was still at least 20 minutes from the end. That is when she inquire those of us on GE/NEXUS line if GE (which she is a member of) can use the kiosk. Someone mistakenly told her it was NEXUS only.

CBP was not processing GE/NEXUS at all as they were handling connections. Since the queue for connecting passengers were behind a wall, it wasn’t possible to ascertain how many connections passengers were in queue. All we saw was CBP kept calling connections passengers up instead of GE/NEXUS.
