First, I would change to a much earlier flight in the day. Even without the dinner, there is a high chance you will miss part of the show due to flight delays, crew issues, and cancellations.

I would change the dinner reservation to be earlier or eat at the Venetian.

Different strokes for different folks, but why the Luxor? It would be on the list of places I don't stay at in Las Vegas like Motel 6, Travelodge, and Circus Circus.
