I had 4 itineraries that had been waitlisted changes due to timings or equipment swap. When I check my bookings, the waitlisted comment is now gone and the check mark gone.
The credits have not been returned to me. I’ve requested them again, and more credits have been taken from my balance.
Any advice as to my next steps? Call or email? I’m on hold currently to clean up the affected flights and will ask about the credits.
