Would there be an issue for an older person (who does not have explicit mobility issues, but nevertheless as all people of age may not be too nimble)?
If the aisle person you have to climb over is not stretched out, there will be no problem. If they are sleeping, it will be a big issue since it is hard to climb over if you are not too fleet footed.
