There are no changes. The only NRT-TPE flight is on Thu. morning, so I believe no North American-NRT flights can make the connection, as long as overnight transit remains impossible at NRT. The only option is still the overnight transit via HND, but JL doesn't serve SEA-HND.

If you need to re-route and have a domestic AA flight prior to the JL flight to HND for an overnight transit, please take note of my recent horrible experience: https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/34212466-post236.html. I don't know if AS would have the same problem.
