On my most recent flight, I tried to log in for my selected AC WiFi benefit, but it said I had no benefit to activate.
But I had previously activated it on a previous flight, so it should have been... active?
What's the best way to get support for this? I know it's not a Gogo thing. I tried using the SE email address and got a form letter saying they don't do email and listing options like the concierge or Aeroplan contact numbers, which don't seem to me to be the right way to go.
Do I just try the "regular" customer service channels, or is there an option I'm not thinking of?
I appreciate any advice.
