Unable to do an award booking online?!

I have been trying to be a very simple award booking for the past hour and I keep getting the following message:

"We're Sorry!

Your session has expired due to an extended period of inactivity. Please start over."

After I start over, same message! It doesn't take me more than one minute to do the transaction, so it is not possible I ran out of time!
