What to do first if AA cancels a flight?
In the future if I receive a notice of cancellation from AA, what steps should be taken next? Read that AA rebook some people's flights to another day. If that flight is inconvenient, should we start looking for other alternative flights?
How would we let AA know that we wouldn't be taking the new flight they gave us so we wouldn't be a no show? Cannot reach on the phone and email is too slow. (read that if you are a no show, the rest of the itinerary is cancelled. Is that true?)
