I had very similar options out of BOS a few weeks ago, including the same side and dessert. I think the red stuff was some sort of pepper goat cheese mousse - I found it delicious! Generally I'm very impressed with the Do&Co catering they have from some airports now. I hope they expand that to more hubs in the future.
