On my D1 TATL flight exLHR, the lamb was good but not as good as the seabass on the eastbound flight exMSP. The main meal included soup and salad (but no appetizer other than the amuse bouche presented with the drink service: an olive and two other items on a stick in a small bowl with some sauce. The pre-arrival meal was a choice of a cheeseburger (which I assume wasn't the impossible version) or a Thai salad with cold poached salmon. There was also a roll and butter and a bowl with some pieces of fruit served with the salmon salad. Somewhat surprisingly, fancy butter was served eastbound but not westbound (and I saw lots of fancy butter in England).
