Other than value/affordability, I can't think of any aspect of London House that is superior to the Waldorf. I think there are more rooms at London House with a good view than the Waldorf, but that can also mean more rooms that are noisy.
The rooftop restaurant at the LH is spectacular. The food/beverage offerings in general are better at the LH.
