United needs to step up its outsourced call center. After over 90 minutes on hold (that actually isn’t the problem), the agent gave me the Swiss booking code and gave me seven digits. I asked them three times whether it should be six digits and they said it’s right there, it’s seven digits and they read it back to me three times. I wrote it down correctly and of course it doesn’t work. Gonna waste another two hours for an annoying game of hang up and call again to get the operating carrier booking code which should be much easier to get
