Yeah, CPH even charges you 360DKK to pay with any card to get a ticket issued. The one in Hamburg wasn't any better either, the ticket offices are pretty useless and staff are either outside smoking or hiding somewhere. Mr. used to work at CPH and he was trying to get a hold of the manager there and it was difficult.
