Yes the room was "okay" but barely. I pointed out some non-negligible hardware weaknesses, such as soundproofing, quality of construction, the view, and room size. So my problem with this resort was not only the slim to none Globalist benefits and the limited service. Regarding amenities since we left early morning I would not be able to tell with confidence, although the pool seemed nice.
I would have left a bit later if not for the overly aggressive 10am check-out which I did not challenge as Globalist to see if they would agree to late check-out, especially since they comped the room.
