eUpgrade issues
I booked PHL-YYZ-MAN and just checked in at PHL. I eUpgraded to J and also did a cash upgrade offer. One of them worked. However, at check-in I've been given a Y boarding pass (row 40).
The check-in agent "doesn't work for Air Canada" and can't help me...and the hold times on the phone are 1h+. So I now have two BPs...one on the computer that AC emailed this morning after OLCI, and one from the check-in agent...
Gonna go to the AC desk in YYZ but wondering if anyone has any ideas what's happened here?
