I had a flight from PHL to LAX cancelled yesterday. After doing a Flight Status search, we used to be able to see the reason for a cancellation/delay by reading AA's comments. However, I don't see the link for View Additional Comments any longer.
Where has it gone, or are Comments no longer available to us?
