Also has been my experience with vaccination proof. Probably some privacy laws or something that prohibit them from storing the file. Then... lo and behold, they check it AGAIN at the airport. Not really sure what the point of uploading it is at this point, but oh well...

As for your proof of negative COVID test, that is not uploaded during check-in, and just sighted at the airport by an agent.
