Ability to upload COVID docs for transborder (To USA) flights?

I couldn't find anything - not a WS member. I've checked the app and website - and can't find anything when opening the res for vax proof, attestation form, negative test result (something similar to DL Fly Ready)?

Thanks

When you check in on line or via the app you’ll be able to upload the docs. It’s not the smoothest process but it worked for me last month.

Question for those who fly WS more often than me these days: having done it once does the system remember the documents or do you have to upload them each time?

IME with domestic flights, you have to upload your vax proof for every flight - it doesn't remember it for next flight, even if on same booking.

Also has been my experience with vaccination proof. Probably some privacy laws or something that prohibit them from storing the file. Then... lo and behold, they check it AGAIN at the airport. Not really sure what the point of uploading it is at this point, but oh well...

As for your proof of negative COVID test, that is not uploaded during check-in, and just sighted at the airport by an agent.

Who checked it, and when?

Three domestic flights in the last two weeks and no one has asked to see my proof of vax. (It was uploaded at OLCI)

In the last 1-2 months:
YVR to LAS - checked at bag drop
LAS to YYC - checked at bag drop

YVR to LAS - checked at bag drop
LAX to YVR - checked at gate

Approx. 3-4 months ago:
YVR to YYC x 2 - checked at bag drop
YYC to YVR (x2? not sure) - checked at bag drop

Uploaded every single time without issue during OLCI, yet they seem to inevitably ask. Guess I've just been having bad luck. It's a small bother, but it is certainly a nuisance when you're trying to juggle your travel documents, COVID test, boarding pass, putting the bag on the scale, etc.

In the last 1-2 months [have not flown in the last ~3-4 weeks with WS]:
YVR to LAS - checked at bag drop
LAS to YYC - checked at bag drop
YVR to LAS - checked at bag drop
LAX to YVR - checked at gate since our boarding pass didn't have a check mark/stamp

Approx. 3-6 months ago:
YVR to YYC x 2 - checked at bag drop
YYC to YVR x 1 - checked at bag drop... maybe x 2. We may have gotten away with it the second time, don't remember.
YVR to YYZ - checked at bag drop
YYZ to YVR - don't remember

Have had the same issue with AC x 6 in the past 5 months. Always have gotten my "travel documents approved" after OLCI, yet still have to produce my vaccination records at bag drop.

Do you still have to upload your vax status at OLCI for flights to the US?

On my most recent journey to the US (at the start of the month) I was asked only to confirm that I had seen and understood an attestation form; while I took this to mean that I needed to fill out the form, I was not actually asked to do so as part of OLCI or at any time at the airport.

I downloaded an electronic copy to my Apple Wallet (but also have a hard copy in my backpack). I visited the US 3 times this year and once in 2021; was never asked to verify in-person.

I can also confirm my trip to the USA last week only involved being asked if I was vaccinated. No proof was required.
