BOS-MIA lunch May 18. Choices were beef cheeks, chicken, or pasta. FEBO observed. All choices were available when my request (chicken) was taken. This was a good meal, although the sauce was a bit salty for my taste (maybe because of olives). Chicken was moist; vegetables were nicely cooked. Very small salad was arugula, yellow pepper, and zucchini (sorry for poor lighting for the salad). Dessert was various berries with cream. Bread or some sort of starch would have been a nice addition. Overall a good meal.

Return MIA-BOS on May 20. FEBO not observed. Choices were chicken with pasta, Impossible Burger, or vegetarian bowl with couscous (my choice). Since I was in 4A on a 737-800 and FEBO wasn't observed, when my request was taken the chicken with pasta was not available. I did not attach another photo of the vegetarian bowl since it's already been posted in the forum.
